Arab protests and migration

The entire world has been captivated by the recent wave of pro-democracy protests in the Arab world. Egypt and Tunisia have already had a leadership change, while in Libya the situation is quite dramatic with thousands of dead people and a leader that defies the cries for change and hangs on to power by brute force. People migrate in order to find a better life or more secure conditions for them and their families.
